To be added to our notification list for upcoming vacancies, please call and leave a message, or send us an EMAIL. Please note: our vacancy rate is very low and the wait can be 6 months or more. If you are interested, and have flexibility in your move-in date, the best thing to do is submit your application (which can be done either by printing a copy or filling it out online via the 'Applications' tab on this website) and the $400 hold fee as a cashier's check or money order. This holds the next available unit for you, after the application is approved. You may have to wait for other approved applicants-this process is done on a first-come, first-served basis. If you submit the holding fee, and are not approved, the hold fee will be returned to you in its original form. ID must be provided for verification.
